To reach your maximum recovery, Rik will partner with you, working side by side on precisely which treatments make the most sense for your injury. This dedication requires a compassionate hands-on philosophy that Rik Couwenberg is known for by his patients.
But Rik brings much more to the table than his commitment and caring.
Having studied at the prominent Hogeschool of van Amsterdam in The Netherlands, a country known for its high level of physical therapy education, Rik is able to combine a unique approach to treatment that includes several European, Australian and American healing philosophies that will help you achieve your maximum level of recovery.
While obtaining his PT degree, Rik also played professional soccer for AJAX Amsterdam. This experience has enabled Rik to fully understand the needs and mindset of today’s injured athlete.
